the problems are obvious and there's a whole lot of blame to spread around. there is no one culprit. all i want to see is how they turn this thing around. it's on rivera to do that, imo, but not alone. each player and each coach has to realize that they can and need to play/coach better and they all need to take ownership. it's up to rivera to send that message and it's up to each player and coach to listen and act.
