You guys are comical. Now everyone is tired of Smitty and wants him to retire. Yet a few weeks back everyone loved him and he was the fire our offense lacked. Sure he might let him temper get the best of him. But atleast he gives a damn and doesn't let anyone step all over him. Something this team has failed to let other teams do to them.

By the way, he might of killed some drives, but, he wasn't the one who threw the game winning TD in the dirt.

I thought he was a hypocritical idiot going after Cam through the media after the NY game....he should of worried about making a simple block that would have tied the NYG game at 7-7 instead of lecturing Cam through the media.

And one play doesn't win or lose a game.....flip flop that missed open pass to earlier in the game and Steve's bullshit play with the CB late.

I agree. The way he went about that was wrong and not a veteran/mentor move. And although not just one play wins or loses a game. The point I was making is that the game was very winnable despite the penalty.

I've just grown tired of the "get him a statue" one week and then pitchforks the next. We've made plenty of mistakes this season from top to bottom to just point the finger at one player.
