depends entirely on how this year ends.

if we go into next season with legitimate attempts to answer questions at safety (i want a vet free agent worth two shits in there) and corner and some DL upgrades, a starting RG and a TE to complement olsen... if we can manage that between the draft and free agency, i will be legitimately excited, and i will watch every game just like i do now.

yeah that's seemed to be the trend.

really it all comes down to jerry's mindset and whether or not he actually gives more of a poo about winning a superbowl than making $$$$$$. one way or another it's a culture that matriculates down through the ranks, and unfortunately right now it looks like he either cares more about money than winning or is simply incompetent.

Well he showed more urgency in firing his own sons than he does in replacing Hurney so maybe he does want to win but I'm not convinced he wants it more than his business running at maximum optimization.
