This season had higher expectations than any other season. You're kidding yourself if you think otherwise. We finally have a franchise QB, new coaches, new attitude. This season trumps 2001 as far as dissapointment goes. Back then you weren't expecting to make the playoffs much less a deep playoff run and possible Super Bowl appearance like this season. But if you weren't expecting that, good for you. You can join the other 2 guys that thought the same and can tell the other thousands of panther fans "I told you so".

No, get shanked. Then you'll know what it's like to be a Raiders fan. It's like a rite of passage.

This year, we did. And we had a right to. We finally, after 16 years acquired a franchise QB. We finished with 6 wins last year. We loaded up with talent at certain spots such as WR, that were long neglected. We even made trades. We signed some stop-gap guys, that at the very least, should've been good "plug and play" players to get us to our destination.

Do you believe the spirit of those inside of a team can control the entire attitude of a team? No matter how many players you rack up on, if the mentality in the locker room isn't a all for one attitude, your team will suffer. This team cannot handle selfish players and divas.

Captains need to play the roles of both Captains and mentors to the up and coming. Vets need to impart strong winning attitude to the young ones.

Question you need to ask yourself, do you really get the feeling this team is doing those things? It's not just about showing up and playing your game. You've got to all be on the same page mentally. And in all honesty, I don't feel every player on this team share the same selfless attitude.
