That's because no one in this organization makes bold moves. You have to actually make moves and take big swings at being successful. Keeping the status quo and adding unknown players that aren't starting for any other teams and throwing them into new roles doesn't work. You have to stop blowing money on poorly negotiated contracts and spend money on successful players.
