why does it seem like every other team in the league can just plug in whatever mid-late round fast SEC rookie they want to return kicks/punts and at the very least they get average production.

Why did they draft him if they weren't going to play him no matter what? You can fix those mechanical problems like looking the ball in your hands, but as things stand right now, he's wasting away on the bench. What a waste! We could have just drafted Alexander in the fourth with our regular pick, instead of trading away another 3rd for this up coming draft.

i'm not sure i agree with benching him for so long when we're 1-5 and not getting any real production out of guys with lower upsides, but let's not make adams out to be some kind of victim. he earned his spot on the bench.

At this point I'm wondering how he's doing in practice. If he's fixed his habit, then he should be given another chance as Captain and Pilares are doing the bare minimum.

If he has not improved, then its definitely a wasted pick and have me once again questioning our coaching.

He turned the ball over in a game the team was beaten in every other aspect in. Before that game he was a productive player. This team isn't good enough to not take chances. Adams has talent as a punt returner. Put him in.
