Agreed, and I think its mostly mental. He seems to be indecisive on the short throws.

Neil Rackers would be the best choice, but looks like Medlock will suck it up. He's still wincing a lot.

For what it's worth, the defense has actually been pretty impressive today. We've been helped by several holding penalties, but usually holding happens when there's no other option to keep a tackler from wrapping up the ballcarrier. So it still means our D is doing well. I especially love how Marshawn Lynch only has 28 yards so far. As many of us know, we came in the NFL's leading rusher.
