Hottest wings in Charlotte?

There was a wine shop in Blacksburg that I would frequent called The Vintage Cellar. They would have some of the most amazing deals on wine I have ever seen.

It helped that their clientele was mainly college kids, and they were able to sell a lot of wines under whole sale.

They had a Barossa Valley/McLaren Vale tasting one day, and I got 2 cases of 2 Hands/Shotfire and Clarendon Hills for less than two hundred dollars total.

Best wine I have ever tasted however is '92 Stags Leap Fay.

I went to Boyer's wine class tastings their before I graduated. After the tasting you could get 20% off anything in the store in addition to their great deals. They definitely had some decent finds at the store....friendly staff too.

Nice! The staff was always very nice and helpful when I was at Tech. There was one pedantic that worked the tastings every few months, but he had every reason to be since he was a Master Sommelier and was close to being a Master of Wine. I remember him doing a Cote d'Or tasting at the (alumni?) house near Miles Hall.

I loved Boyer. I had him for World Regions as a freshman and really wanted to take Wines and Vines, but my core classes always overlapped. He was instrumental in getting Vaynerchuck to visit and would always be wasted at The Cellar (restaurant) on Monday and Tuesday nights.

The Cellar was a chill place. Damn tasty food and they have a new beer store next store now

Anyone had the "inferno" wings from Fuel Pizza?

I had one wing and literally could not fathom another bite. Downed 2 PBRs in the process.

If you like pain in your meal, give them a try. They must be the hottest in the area.

How do they compare with the Triple Atomics at Quaker Steak and Lube? Those of 500,000 su's. Had them and was not too impressed. They were hot, but nothing special.

Ranucci made the hottest wings I have ever tasted at one of the TG's last season.....yet, I still downed several of them.

I'm admittedly a bit of a wimp. But I have had 6 of the blazing at BW3 and those are supposed to be between 200,000 and 350,000. I enjoyed the heat.

Based on the comparison, I would rate Fuel's at way more than 500,000. It was impossible for me to have a second wing

Then I will definitely add them to the list.

We have 4-5 guys here in the office that all LOVE spicy food....the hotter the better.

Thai....Indian...Wings....all the hottest that the restaurant makes. That is our typical lunch routine. Not a pretty sight later in the day though.
