I'm 100% sure we will beat the Seahawks. Agree?

Seattle will crush Carolina. Especially now with Chris Gamble missing the game, people will be considering Russell Wilson for the HOF after he lights up this atrocious defense. Marshawn Lynch is going to have a career day, and I've said it many times before.

I hate to be the pessimist but this team just isn't very good. Panthers are looking at a top 5 draft pick this year unless the coaching staff makes some serious adjustments, especially on defense.

Seattle's passing game is dog poo. Lynch might have a monster day.....but Seattle won't ask Wilson to do much. Wilson and Tate aren't good enough to pick on subpar CBs.

And Seattle's D can't shut down a healthy Carolina offense.

Might come down to coaching though in a close one....not much confidence we can beat anyone in that type of event

Thought the chose Wilson because of his preseason performances?

he might have...but carroll never seemed 100% sold on anyone, imo, and he doesn't sound like it now.

his language concerning the QB situation right now has been kind of uncertain. when asked about starting flynn it isn't "no, wilson's our guy. we're sticking with him." it's

"We’re going with Russell right now and he’s working his tail off to get it right. There are a lot of guys that figure into what’s going on, and he’s one of them. So we’re just trying to get better."

Yeah....so is that your way if admitting your prior statement was an exaggeration?

We haven't been the worse over the last 5 years....

Also, check out how many playoff wins and conference championship appearances we have against some MUCH older franchises. We are right with them with much less to invested to match it

Much older franchises? WTF do the 1967 Chicago Bears have to do with today's NFL?

It's the same as it's always been. Take off the homer glasses. People in NC who aren't big NFL fans will laugh & tell you what a joke this franchise is.

Wilson will start, no doubt there. People put all this notion into us being so much better if Flynn is 100% and is the starter...I don't buy it myself. I think Wilson is and will be a great quarterback. Ya, the whole he's too short thing, but he appears to be incredibly intelligent and hard working. I think it's mostly that Carroll and company have to take the training wheels off and let him throw the ball more. Between Rice and Edwards and the three big tightends, the targets are there...but you can't hit them if the coach doesn't let you take the safety off.
