Personally I think we beat the sh!t out of them. Why? Because now the offense knows the defense blows. When they finally found that out last year we started winning games. Expect Lafell to have a HUGE day.

I wish more people would go to Seattle...I'm biased of course, but it's a beautiful city and the people there are generally very nice!

I love it there but my only complaint is it rains to much and people drink way to much coffee.

I think Carolina will win this game. I don't want Carolina to win (Enjoying the 3 game lead) but would be surprised if they lost. Losing a game the way they did last week should add some extra motivation against Seattle.

Ron Rivera is a fuging boob of a coach. I've done a 180 on him. Thus there are no "guarantees". If we have Belichick or Cowher or a Harbaugh working for us, yes; we win this week. But Rivera? Are you kidding me? Did you watch last week? This pussy couldn't blow anyone out nor could he out coach even the likes of Pete Carroll for four quarters.
