Nakamura starting this week

It might be because Nakamura is a better tackler than Martin. Tackling will be key against Lynch. I would assume that this is definitely Nakamura's last shot though; do or die for him.

Yeah, Naka sure was a great tackler against Turner when he caught that 60 yard TD pass.

...wait.

Lol I hear ya there, but the popular belief is that Nakamura is the better tackler and Martin is better in coverage. Nakamura doesn't seem like a good tackler at all, but Martin's tackling is bottom of the league for a safety (although Nakamura isn't much better unfortunately).

Dumb.

Martin > Nakamura in regards to talent....can't be argued.

Nakamura just showed his football IQ isn't what was suggested....which was what was suppose to be the reason was getting the job.

Losing faith in Ron.....

Beason I am sure will get trucked all and as Luke heads to the sideline after every rare Lynch tackle

He may be starting, don't think his leash will get much shorter though. One mistake and he will sit.

Not sure about that....if leash was shorter you would think Martin's reps would increase in practice.

I hope they don't go back to that NYG defense where Nakamura is lined up 40 yards off to mask how bad he is. Will make Russel Wilson look decent

We are the same team that made Ramses Barden look like Jerry Rice and Andre Brown look like Jim Brown.

Let's not underestimate how great we might make Sidney Rice and Russell "short stuff" Wilson appear. Hell, Matt Flynn might come in and be the next Peyton Manning with our luck.
