Nakamura starting this week

Godfrey rolled to the middle of the field to JJ which was right. Naka job was to keep everyting in front of him which he didn't do not 1 time but 3 times in the same game.

Norman got beat Godfrey was late and Naka played the ball instead of the WR that is why that play happened. Stop trying to put it all on Naka.

Why would you blitz your best corner and leave a rookie on White and Beason on Jones?

Because Atlanta lined up the offense on that side and the defense didn't adjust. Probably because McDumbass had the corners assigned to specific sides and not specific receivers on that play.

Captain was on Jones and Gamble was on a delayed blitz when Gonzo and Douglas stayed in to block. Are scheme always keeps Gamble on 1 side. I don't know why he is never singled up on the best WR.

I said the defensive scheme was $h!t but everyone only wants to point to Naka F'ing up.

He was lined up in front of Jones but he didn't guard him look at the damn pictures, Beason was trailing Jones.

It's been that way since Fox was here and I'm starting to think. Gamble can only play 1 side like some passrusher can only rush from 1 side.

Naka was the biggest fug up on the play. Without Nakamura fuging up the play doesn't end up the way it did, more than likely. That's his fuging position, to apply help over the top of the route, so that Norman, or Gamble had he been on that side, are allowed to be aggressive and concede the top of the route to the safety. That's why Norman hesitated on the dig route, because he's supposed to have help over the top. Had there not been safety help, Norman more than likely would have had a larger coverage buffer and wouldn't have bitten hard on the route. It's that simple. Nakamura was the largest failure. How about you quit trying to white knight for him?

Naka put it all on himself because he knew he F'd up. The basic job of a FS.

Don't let the WR get behind you.

Basic job by the CB don't get beat, since he's a corner he should be better in coverage as opposed to tackling right? Norman F'd up too there is plenty of blame to go around we don't just have to let it all fall on Naka.

Look at this pic, Norman is too far off White and Naka is in no mans land with White and Jones. For some reason Beason was covering Jones and Godfrey was late getting over. Yes there is safety help but Naka has to choose to help Beas with Jones or Norman with White.

Horseshit, he doesn't have to choose squat. His man is the outside receiver no matter what. Whomever crosses to the inside is then given over to Godfrey. Godfrey may have been late getting over to help Beason but that's irrelevant and doesn't affect the play as it wasn't thrown to him. Nakamura has one responsibility on that play and that's over the top containment on the outside receiver on his side. He failed.

You are completely irrational. Goodnight.

One is a rookie and 1 is a 5 year vet. Who can't do the main job of a FS. Also what about the other 3 times he F'up? Or the tackle he whiffed on the Turner screen.

People are giving Norman a pass because of wishful thinking or whatever but he has been awful. He was the one who blew the play so badly that he was nowhere to be found. Nakamura was within inches of defending the pass.

It's interesting that people who follow a sport so closely never even accidentally learn anything about it.
