I have really gotten tired of the Cam bashing.

Seriously tired.

In the NFL, we have one player who beat up his Mother, another that is idolized who knows quite a bit more about 2 people's murders in Atlanta than he admited to, and of course Big Ben, PacMan Jones, Irvin before he cleaned himself up supposedly and countless others.

..and here the press is wasting time about the timing of QB's dance and such. BFD.

But what if Bob Costas thinks it's unbecoming? That dude won like 20 superbowls and really knows the modern athlete better than anyone else.

I mean look, if I was worried or pissed at Cam about his play, I would just talk poo about Cam. But Jesus, the dude is barely a season plus in and I trust him to light it up every game. He doesn't sometimes, but I always see the promise. There are much better quarterbacks in the league that have struggled much more mightily by this point in their career.

This stupid stuff where people tell me to be pissed off because he hangs his head at an unacceptable angle following a lose is a tremendous waste of my time.

get the play calling right, surround Cam with the right cast, and Cam is going to effin explode. I can't even fathom how good he is going to be yet when it all comes together. I for one am happy to take the journey with him and see how good he is and what people are saying in a few years. And by the time his contract runs out here, we will have put this team together top to bottom. It will be a better team than what it is now. Much better. And he will be getting a HUGE contract from JR and he will be locked up for a very long time and we will become a dynasty with multiple superbowl rings. I'm calling it now.
