Key Questions

Cpt slay a ho

Recommended Posts

Just a couple quick question.

1. Does anybody know why atl wasn't flag for either unsportsmanlike or delay of game on our first attempt at a hail mary pass(not like it mattered but really confused on why the play was blown dead)

2.On the cam fumble, why was the ball shift from 4th and inches to 4th and a yard.......even better question if he picked up the first down then fumbled shouldn't it have remained a first down,if the ball can't be advanced i can only assume that works the other way around

officiating was very biased of the home team but i expected that just wanted to know why these certain plays were called the way they were

You should just leave now... You just asked two very simple and basic questions about the game of football. This shows that you don't have an understanding for the game, and I could be wrong... But I don't think anybody's in the mood to "break it down for you"

lmao i actually play ball but thanks for your ignorance, if you don't wanna answer the question or find them stupid gtfo of the thread, cause clearly you didn't see when mike smith ran on the field and the play was blown dead when they were out of timeouts and you clearly didn't see the refs first measurement of that cam/fumble run or hear the confusion john lynch had on the play so do yourself a favor and quit trolling

I don't know what happened before the hailmary. Mike Smith was mad and shoved and assistant and they did seem to delay the play. They certainly didn't have any timeouts. Not sure what was going on and don't remember the commentators addressing anything other than the shove.

If you fumble backwards you lose progress, iirc. It's basically the same as going past first down and then doing a juke move putting you behind it. The commentators seemed to be spreading misinformation on the play and saying what you were implying.

This is a great example of why this place has gone to hell.

Dude asks a football question in a football forum and gets this? Yeah someone needs to leave alright but its not the OP.

    • For the silly people that worship her it will be that.  The Coleman 'legend' thing, they did that with another fairly average player that was here and I sort of mocked or questioned the 'legend' status. Instantly caught crap for insulting someone's favorite Panther. So okay, Kurt Coleman is a Legend.
    • You allow him to compete--you all are talking as if I am proposing making him the starter. Give him a new coach, new weapons, good OL, etc. and see what happens. You are saying, "Well Damn.  It did not work for 3 guys..."  Right now, our C is injured, we lost our top 2 WRs.  Better question:  If you need a QB, Why would you not take a chance on bringing in a QB who was a former first rounder, a good arm, intelligence, mobility, youth, etc.  and see how he does out of NY--with a better OL, better running game, better receivers.  I am not saying give him a 10-year contract, I am saying give him a chance. You act like there is no improvement on offense here--it was a 2 year process, and next year is year 2.  To me, how can you sit there with Bryce and an opportunity to sign a veteran QB on the cheap comes available and you say--"Not us. We're good.  We are waiting for Patrick Mahommes."  Jone's problem is obviously mental--and he has little support.  Why is this so frigging hard to comprehend.  It is called "bottom fishing" and it is better than sitting in the boat.
    • I think we're going to fall from behind quite early and be forced to abandon the run game.  3 rushes -2 yards 1 catch -10 yards
