i am happy with the way we played today for the most part.atlanta is a really good team.had you told me before the game that we would shoot ourselves in the foot and that would be the reason we lose the game.i would have laughed in your face. our offense played very good today against an atlanta defense who had looked really good until today.defense still needs some work.

like i said the defense needs work.the way we had played the first three games i was surprised that we even hat the opportunity to blow the game at the end.i was expecting atlanta to lay a beat down upon us.thing is though can we be consistent and play better next week as well.so far this year.the first game we stunk.second game we looked decent.third game we stunk.fourth game today we looked decent.looking at the trend we play decent one week then stink the next.hope next week we break the trend.

Nakamura was responsible for 3 TDs, maybe even 4, because I'm sure he was to provide Beason help on that one TD.

yup do doubt we need to tighten up our defense.but at least the offense showed up today.didnt like some of the play calling though by chud.i have been saying 3rd and 2 ever since the game ended.figured id wait before i posted about the game.there were more positives from the players on the field than negatives now the coaching had more negatives than positives imo.

Cam fumbled a 1st down run that would have iced the game.

also dont forget the smith fumble that put atlanta in great field position and they scored on the ensuing drive.hard to blame one player for the loss.but we did play way better than i was expecting.today we looked more like we did last year a team that would fight and not give up.the giants game we looked like a bunch of quitters.

they played their hearts out but we just don't have the talent in our secondary. We need to address D line and secondary. The Dline did play better today. The team has to tackle much better also.

indeed.they showed heart and fight today unlike last thursday.hope it carries over to next week vs a good seahawks defense.
