I've got Showtime free until the middle of December, so I'm definitely going to watch some Dexter while I can...

Pretty solid premier in my opinion....

Busy episode... Dex/Deb, Dex/Louis, Jaime/Louis, Bautista/Quinn, LaGuerta/Vince/Doakes?, then apparently a Ukranian mob. I like how it looks so far. It looks like I'll have to watch some episodes twice to keep up with everything.

Very good premiere.

I didn't like how Mike was killed off though. I thought he was an awesome character and he was not on the show for long.

I wish it had been a "red shirt" nobody cop that was gunned down instead.

It was definitely rushed... I can think of a dozen logic issues with that scene, but I just gotta let it go sometimes.

I think it was rushed intentionally.

Notice Dexter almost completely made the kill without any of his normal tools?

This may be foreshadowing of his sloppiness, or having to change his ways to shake Deb from catching him doing it further.
