. @HoganPick6 I see you RT all this stuff dude, hope your knee gets right so you can back it up.

I honestly forgot he was a Panther. Isn't this like year 3 for him now. I don't think I've seen him play a down. As far as I'm concerned he's not even on the team. Wasted pick, so far Jimmy Clausen has been a better investment. At least he got us Cam.

I found it highly disrespectful to his teammates to be honest.

They are out there fighting and ...well failing and he is sitting in Charlotte RT how he should be in at corner ?

GTFO with that poo.

Go rehab or something, fuging scrub.

As sad as the loss was I definitely agree with this.

I honestly do believe that Norman can be good down the road. He can tackle and is a physical corner, he is very raw though.

The only reason he is starting is because we literally have NO secondary.

I look forward to seeing what Norman will become.

I can agree that Norman is starting because we lack options... But, he is talented and I've believed from day one that he was talented enough to be our starter.

I really think we need to look at some of his "mistakes" and look at what we're doing schematically... Remember when everyone thought Marshall was the problem, then Fox or someone came out and said it was a result of the safety behind him... Then we thought Capt. would come in and be better... And he wasn't. Why? Because of the safety behind him. Now same thing with Norman.

He shows a great knack for making plays on the ball when he's in range... The problem is positioning. And with as often as I see Nakamura pointing and yapping, someone is missing their assignment. I've long believed that our guys really lack a basic understanding of their responsibilities and assignments in coverage, and the problems with Nakamura and Norman point to that.

    • I don't care about offensive production for a team that literally only threw to him and the running back. I care about what I see on film:   Dude cannot separate on his own against talented LBs/S and had to be schemed open; his route running is below average; while pretty athletic, he doesn't have elite athleticism or speed; his blocking form has quite a few red flags (dude should be a dominant run blocker for his size). He was talented enough to get open in college against a slower LB/S; that won't be the case in the NFL. Not to mention, the dude pretty much was nonexistent until this year for Penn St. If I am drafting a TE in the top 10, choosing a 5th year senior that didn't do anything until his last season should be pretty alarming. Not saying he is going to be a bad player - I think he will be a solid short/intermediate possession TE in the NFL. I just don't understand the logic of taking him top 10
    • No one is arguing where we were on the season.  After the benching Bryce was one of the top deep ball passers in the league.  It's a skillset he has just shown he is capable of doing.  I believe he led the league in week 12 and was one of the top ones for that final quarter.  Dance around the topic and argue the stats all you want, I'm just going by what I saw on TV and read about.   https://x.com/PattonAnalytics/status/1877044086709854343 https://www.si.com/nfl/panthers/news/bryce-young-best-against-pressure-throwing-deep Hey it surprised me as well, but I'm not going to hide my head in the sand and try to ignore what is clearly right in front of me.  People have a hard time admitting their original thought may have been wrong.  That's just the world we live in.  We will see if Young can keep it up next year or not, but signs are point to DC running his offense regardless of who is QB.
    • You are right, but as of late there has been more rookie TEs making immediate impact on teams. McBride, Laporta, Kincaid and obv Bowers.  My true opinion is the team has so many holes they can go multiple directions including Safety. So it just comes down to out of all the talent in the draft who will make the immediate impact. Wr? TE? LB?
