I would have liked to see us go on 4th and 1. I think the decision came down to "they have no timeouts. Let's try to pin them deep and force them to drive the field. We've played good defensively and gotten pressure. Let's see if we can keep it up". If we go for it, they have the ball right around the 50 and it takes a couple plays to get in FG range.

Again, not making excuses, because I wanted to see us go for it, but I think that was the thought process.

Yeah, I'm not saying Norman looked amazing or anything, but he made some nice plays. For a rookie going against some talented WRs, I was pleased. Not impressed, exactly, but pleased. Wish we had somebody worth a damn to put out there in place of him so he could take a little more time in his development, but I think this season will be good for him and he'll be a big contributor in coverage in time.
