They always feel terrorized because they shouldn't even be on the team to begin with. Hurney's answer to a glaring hole is to start other team's scrubs that haven't done anything in the league and hope they play well. F**k signing a key free agent or trade for someone that could significantly help the team.

I never liked that he seemed to be handed the starting job for nothing this year. Martin had a bad year as a tackler, yes, but that's what the offseason and coaching is for. Hopefully, we'll get to see next week if Martin has improved.

Nakamura is a smart player, but he's too slow and he has no hops. He's an over hyped special teams player.

Nakamura did make a nice interception, but his mistakes came back to bite us in the ass. Poor safety play has been an Achilles heel for a while now. This position must be addressed either in the draft or FA.

Godfrey has improved a lot, however.

If you don't think Nakamura sucks, you are a blind homer. The fans have the right to criticize bs they see on the field all they want after spending money on merchandise, tickets, and lots of time on a team they love. Get told lies about change and being a better team only for us fans to have to suffer through yet another year of limp dick football.

What a pathetic performance. We need a safety that is actually able to make a tackle when they're the last line of defense. Nakamura is just a prop to make the offensive player look even better. He is usless in coverage and gets trucked in the run.

Why is he the safety playing above the rookie? WHY? Put a safety with NFL athleticism and he'll pick that ball off.
