This is a great point though. Our secondary still sucks and we have given up huge play after huge play because of poor tackling, but we are winning and giving their offense trouble because we are pressuring ryan. Nothing is more important in the NFL today than getting to the QB. It is the difference between getting embarrassed and doing the embarrassing. I don't understand why it has not been a point of emphasis for our franchise in the past 5 years. If you can rush the passer you can often get away with having mediocre secondary and linebacker play.

This is why your team need to do a better job at protecting the QB. But you will not hear anyone call out the Panthers on things like that...NOPE.
