I saw it. Was good except for the huge plotholes at the end.

so he fuged his mother? Also how the hell did the younger one go back in time to kill him self to stop his older self from killing the child aka himself? Made no fuging sense.

Wahhhh? I took a completely different interpretation.

Saw it tonight in RPX, the production and cinematography were well done. Pacing was good, without being overwhelmed by the special effects.

Lots of humanity and inhumanity in this one, along with occasional bits of subtle humor to keep things from getting too dark.

Packed theater and quite a few people applauded at the end. Haven't witnessed that too often at the movies. Overheard several men and women on the way out saying they thought it was a very good movie. At 14.00 dollars a person that is saying something.

Rated R: I wouldn't recommend you take your younger kids to this as it has a few scenes that may keep them up after bed time.

Two thumbs up.

I just remember him talking about how

he doesn't remember his childhood and what he does remember he is in a train car to start his young adult life. Then he has the flash of himself seeing the kid aka himself in the train car after Bruce Willis kills the mom

I'm so confused.

He's not the kid. He was just seeing a parallel to how his life went. Joe wasn't TK and Cid, clearly, was.

Yeah, the kid was the Rainmaker in the current timeline Bruce was in. Realizing, that Cid finally figured out Emily Blunt was indeed his real mother - his anger started to ebb, and could use his TK ability to do good (rather than become the rainmaker). Joseph Gordon Levitt saw the future (Cid noticing his mom, seeing her killed right as he noticed it, and going out on a vendetta to kill all of the loopers in the future) and killed himself, preventing Cids mom from dying.

With his jaw being bandaged at the end, it appears there will be no Rainmaker in the future (they said earlier in the film he had an iron jaw).
