yeah it's been posted and the fact that he was arrested for running his business with an expired retail license and not tax evasion needs to be pointed out.

tax evasion doesn't result in a $200 fine and a "max sentence" of 30 days.

Edit: the article makes it sound like he was arrested for both, but the original article posted here made it clear that he was arrested for the retail license.
