Walking dead season 3

Good episode. Next week looks like it's gonna be focused mainly on Rick, Carl, and Michonne. That makes me happy. Think everything is starting to really get going and we're about to see Rick go full on badass and break out of his insanity. Think it showed at the end of tonight's episode. He seemed a lot more "normal". If not next week, then the next, he should be back.

My problem with the show is that their appears to be no end game. If Rick and his crew end up killing the Governor, then what? They take over Woodberry and live happily ever after? If the show is about survival how long can you do that before it becomes repetitive? That's what I'm talking about when I say that the show is going around in circles. Where is the show going?

I'm all caught up on the comics and I could see at least another 2-3 seasons just to get where the comics are. Then several after that I'm sure. Why do people need an endgame? Just enjoy the ride for what it is.

i hate the way the show is going season 2 lost a lot of people because they were trying to but up individual characters and relationships while looking for sophia who actually shouldn't even be dead shes a main character in the comics but i'm pretty sure at one point they're just gonna say fug the comics and make up their own poo.

I'm not gonna bash you because I don't know if its absolute fact. But I'm pretty sure every episode of the walking dead has had more viewers than the episode before it. I don't think they lost a damn thing in season 2.

Last night's ep was excellent... and the preview for next week looks even better.

Carl is starting to become a real badass and I'm looking forward to seeing Michonne kick some ass too.

Loved the brief scene between him and Andrea.

She looks at him like "Hey, Sweetie."

He looks at her like "Die, b--ch."

There are still several storylines that could be carried over to the show. Abraham....Jesus.....Negan. The baby could die just as it did in the comic (which would really be a good end to this season). Tyrese is just getting introduced. There's still a ton of material.

I think they'll end it like they did House

SPOILERS upcoming if you haven't seen the series finale of House from like, two years ago....

House goes totally over the edge. The whole House universe is turned over. It's all going to poo. It ends with you thinking "wow....his obsessiveness and personality finally killed him", then WHAM! He shows that he faked his death to be with Wilson as Wilson is dying and they ride off together on motorcycles.

I think it ends with Carl, maybe Michonne and a couple other characters that come in late and become major characters, all as a group. Rick has just died, Carl is around 18-20 years old and is the leader of the group. He has a few episodes where he's trying to adjust to this role, while Rick is alive, and the finale is him killing Rick after he turns and making a call on where to go with the group. They go off, walking towards the horizon, and after about a minute, a walker is heard, ambles onto screen, following them. End.

I thought you were gonna say House went over Reichenbach Falls

Like the final scene, with one addition. After you have the zombie appear, have Carl turn, stare it down and raise his gun toward the screen. Then the screen goes dark to the sound of a gunshot. (The End)

As to the "how does it end" discussion, it would be difficult to do given the "everybody's got it" rule. Throw in that there aren't exactly a lot of scientific facilities or pharmaceutical companies still running. With everyone focused - out of necessity - on surviving, who's got time to do anything above crude, basic research? And say you find a cure? How do you mass produce it?

Beyond that though, I think one of the key motifs of TWD, similar to "The Stand" and stories like it is the understanding that the world we know is gone forever. The way they live is what the world is now and we can never go back to the way it was. So your choices are to learn to live in this reality or die.

Okay, they really are dragging the prison arc out at this point... I didn't think it would start getting old like it has.

Also, I don't know how the heck they plan on bringing Tyrese's crew back into the fold, but at this point it wouldn't surprise me if they totally waste his character...

Don't get me wrong, I still love the show and everything... It's just getting a little too repetitive... They aren't really dealing with issues, they are making soap operas out of them and dragging the poo out of them...

Spoilers for episode 12. VERY HIGHLY LIKELY TO BE TRUE!!!!!

Looks like a good episode that could close a storyline.

Again, probably true. Been on the money so far.

If you watched the sneak peak last night, there was a guy shooting at them from a roof top in a mask. That person is Morgan. He's gone crazy. Rick Michone Carl drive back to King County to get guns from the Sherrifs office. It's been looted when they get there. They drive around and find a bunch of booby traps that Morgan has set. A firefight ensues but everyone ends up okay and Morgan/Rick reconnect after some dialouge. Rick tries to recruit Morgan back to the prison but he won't go. Rick take somes weapons and Morgan stays behind.

I found this interesting as well: When they are driving to King County, they pass a guy who is carrying an organge book bag. He trys to flag them down and stop Rick and them but the group ignores him and keeps going. After the group leaves Morgan, they are on the same road they saw this guy on but they see nothing but blood and guts on the road. They see the backpack. They stop and pick the backpack up and continue back to the prison.

LOL - watch the backpack have like a bunch of C4 or something in it that they can use to breach woodberry.

The episode only has Rick Michonne Carl Morgan in it.

There's some minor other stuff but I'm having trouble copying/pasting.
