the management puts the coaching staff together as well as the player roster. saying that management is fine because coaching is at fault is completely asinine.

This is the best argument against Hurney their is. He hired Rivera after 8 others passed. Now if Rivera turns this ship around then it will be another good argument in favor of Hurney. Time will tell.

However, after looking at his body of work while employed as GM of the Carolina Panthers, it shouldn't matter if his name was Vince Lombardi and he had a NFL championship trophy named after himself. It is time for a change.

Armanti and Clausen are WASTING two valuable roster spots on a team with hardly any depth. I don't know who makes that call but those two should not be on this teAm.

I've always disliked Hurney so I dunno. I haven't even really commented to much on it and all this has really made me dislike him more.

At this point I don't care anymore. He helped build this team so he is going to ucceed or fail. He isn't going anywhere with JR here anyways, and finally I cannot think of anyone better who would realistically be willing to come here with no cap and take over a team that they had no say in who got drafted.

Hurney has crippled this franchise for the next few years. All these ungodly contracts to mediocre players like D Will, Gamble and Charles Johnson. It still shocks me we have spent 80 plus million for our backfield between Stewie, Tolbert and D Will. Hurney's unwillingness to sign any quality FAs whatsoever. He is one of the worst GMs at drafting quality depth.

We should have fired Hurney after the 2-14 season but no, what did we do? We kept Hurney and he then goes and signs all the same players from that same 2-14 team. Pathetic

You signed up May 2010. You got to witness one of the worst seasons of clusterfug from Hurney. Shelton, Colbert, Carter, Edwards, E. Brown, Jarrett, Fua, Mcclain all under Hurney's watch. One of the best DT and one of the Best DE's walk out of this building for basically peanuts combined and your asking why people are calling for Hurney's head?

Just tired of the mediocrity that is the Carolina Panthers year in and year out.
