I'm a fan of this team despite the shitty excuse for a fanbase. I hate this whole "take us to the playoffs first, then I might cheer...maybe" mentality. I hate that tickets either end up in the hands of fans from the opposing team or people that don't even like football. I hate that I can clearly hear the other team's fans when watching it at home. I hate that BoA has the atmosphere of a silent auction. I hate that people think it's obnoxious and rude to stand and make noise. I hate the "family friendliness". I hate the radio pop being blasted on the speakers. I hate that people go to the game because they love sports, but they don't like football. I hate that people there cheer louder for cars going in circles really fast. I hate that yuppie fine young males bring their uppity hos to the game for a date because they think Panther tickets = basketball/movie tickets. I hate that the people seated closer to the field are a bunch of limp snobs. I hate that this team has existed for 17 years and Carolina still doesn't give a sh*t. I hate that the owner is okay with this.

because i watched their games during the decline of the billick era where they were largely mediocre except for the 13-3 season with mcnair.

they drew a good home crowd but it was nothing like this.

OK with it?!? That's by JR's design. I'll ask again, how many teams have a prayer before the game starts and actually ask people to stand up for it? MAYBE Tennessee? In this day and age that is insane. Family friendly church atmosphere for about 2/3 of the crowd.

Is anyone watching the Ravens/Pats game? The Ravens crowd is incredible. Like a college atmosphere or something. I hope one day our crowd can be that loud and great.

Baltimore fans know what it's like to have a football franchise taking away from them. So they love their Ravens. That and there team is trustworthy and consistent.

This. Sad, but true. I've been a Panther fan from the beginning and have said it 1000 times, a lot of this fan base sucks. I may be one to admit and criticize the team, but I still cheer a loud as ever.

Our fans and atmosphere were much better the first season than they are now. The young franchise excuse has never made sense in that regard. It was pretty decent up until the early 2000's but has gone downhill ever since.

I honestl think people just don't enjoy the stadium experience much and it's hard to convince yourself to spend that kind of money when it's so bland.

Also cant figure out why we have more than one color in the stands. Having a single color really goes a long way to making the stadium less empty.
