Perfect storm for the Panthers to be a trap game vs. Atlanta

Undoubtably the game vs. the Giants will/has caused a major uproar within the locker room. It's really early still in the season, and we are for the most part we are healthy. Plus we will have plenty of time off to rejuvenate and strategize. We do have some great leaders on this team, and I expect Smitty & Beason to fire everybody up! Remember, Atlanta is probably our biggest, most hated rival behind saints***. Don't think these guys aren't overlooking that. Also remember how last years game went in Cams hometown, #1 has had this game circled for a long time!

Assuming Atlanta has another easy win vs. the Chargers this weekend, we could catch them off guard at home and win.

Our boys have something to prove next weekend....to themselves, to the fans, to the media...to everyone.

Lol our defense is gonna laydown and take it like they've been doing. We have a rookie CB, two safeties who can't cover worth poo and a anemic pass-rush. If Denver could hardly get pressure on Ryan with Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil then we can't with Johnson and Hardy.

they could have proven it on thursday night by winning back to back games...or at least being competitive.

the only thing a win against atlanta will prove is the panthers are still an inconsistent team.

they will have proven something when and if they string together some wins.

I certainly hope you're right but we just seem so dysfunctional on and off the field right now and Atlanta is looking to destroy everyone. They are relentless. Their style of play makes me hate them even more.

I'm trying to avoid pessimism, but I want to be realistic. I just think it's going to be another hard game on us but I really hope I'm wrong.

Lol trap game...were gonna get stomped, how is our defense gonna stop them? Anyone legitimately worried about cam regressing?

I'm not worried about Cam regressing, the first interception was off Lafell's hands so I'll let him slide on that one. Cam just tries to do too much, and this team puts too much on him when the we're down many points.

Cam was under pressure ALL game long.
