Half the team crashed back to reality last night, you could see "Jesus. We suck." on their faces by the end of the game. It's going to take us a while to get away from this.

We'll score more on the Falcons but they're a much better team. Ryan/White/Jones are going to eat our lunch. Turner is going to have a resurgence. Add in our recent record in Atl and I'm not feeling this game at all.

The Falcons are probably the 2nd best team in the NFC. We will get absolutely destroyed and the huddle will be on suicide watch again.

I actually agree with the OP. And I also think the Falcons will lose to the Chargers on Sunday, especially playing after a west coast trip AND MNF. After 10 days to prepare and heal from the disaster, I truly think we get it done and leave tied atop the division at 2-2, with a 2-1 record against our rivals.

Falcons are 5-0 on west coast trips under Smith and the chargers have beaten the raiders by 8 and tennessee. Denver is better than both those teams. We could very well lose (short week +cross country) but if we do expect the panthers to get curb stomped when they visit the dome. I don't think we've ever lost back to back games with Ryan at QB

I will be rooting but it's pretty unlikely we'll win. Atlanta will almost certainly score over 30 and our offense isn't in a place where we can expect them to score on every possession.

All we heard leading up to the Broncos game was "this will be a real test blah blah blah" and now after we win here come the excuses. 4 gifts? Denver had a chance despite being -4 in turnovers. San Diego is favored this week.

Even though the Falcons will be favored, we were actually favored last night and against the Bucs, while we were the underdog against the Saints.

We will be healthy and motivated and even before last night (which WAS a disaster), everyone knew that next week is a more important game. Despite the disaster, I wouldn't expect we let you off the hook in the same way we did twice last year.

Thats funny they said we alomsost lost that game after 4 gifts... Our D clearly went into a shell "dont give up the big play" Defense at the end of the game when Manning did his work.

Just saying, four gifts with that "elite" QB and "explosive" offense should have netted a lot more points.

And when we needed a first down to close out the game we got one. Manning never had a chance for a game winning drive.
