Marc James from WFNZ on the phone with NFL Network right now. He said that they are optimistic that Stewart will play. There is no reason that they shouldn't give him the green light, he said.

NY tested Tampa deep time and time again lay week just like we did. Only difference is that they executed.

It wasn't "full retard." pretty apparent something showed up on tape and we just didn't follow through on the field.

Sure it was....our OL isn't built to pass block like the play calls required in Tampa. They weren't asked to do that last year or week 2....Chud never put that type gameplan on them before. If he does that against NY.....we will spend all night listening to the announcers talk about the Giants DL

He will play. Like I said before even if he doesn't get as many rushes as usual, just him getting a few will make a big difference. Just use him at the right times. Also there will be a long break after this game to rest and heal. It isn't anything too serious. Just sore so he will play and adrenaline will wipe all the soreness away.

If Stewart doesn't go, that doesn't mean we see a repeat of the Tampa gameplan. It wasn't just missing Stewart, it was going shotgun nearly every play with 3 wr's + Olsen or Tolbert going out on pass patterns. We just didn't have enough blockers to be effective running the ball and pass protection suffered as well.

I'd love to have him, but we can still run the ball for a lot of yards without him.
