I'm in a similar situation as you OP. I'm already starting Cruz and Stevie Johnson but I was between Vincent Jackson and Lafell for my flex. I went with Lafell because the Giants have been awful vs receivers and Dallas has been phenominal against them. I'd bench VJax.

Personally I never draft Panthers in fantasy. I did make an exception this year for Greg Olsen since he was far and away the best TE left when I picked, but generally I don't take Panthers,

I normally don't draft Panthers either. But I picked up Lafell off waivers after week 2.
