Scott Van Pelt thinks Cam has a "me me me" attitude

I'll stop reffering to Cameron Jerrell Newton as "Young" once he matures and grows up. As of now he's still in the process of a boy trying to become a man.

He isn't asking why you're calling him young. I think we all realize that. The question is, why do you put quotation marks around it. It makes you look like you're saying he's not actually young.

I think he's comparing him to Steve Young. Good to know that Falcon fans think he's the real deal too.

These network guys just see press conference Cam. They see the Superman pose on the highlight reels and don't see him trying to take balls from refs to give to kids in the stands.

They don't see him running onto the field almost tackling Joe Adams in celebration of a good runback in a preseason game.

They don't see how much his teammates seem to like and respect him.

They don't see what he does for the community.

Cam brought some of the scrutiny apon himself with some foolish decisions he made when he was younger (most 18/19 year olds make mistakes.), but it is stunning how misunderstood and misrepresented he has been by the media. Kind of strange.

SVP fell for the "Sir Cameron Newton: Leader of Men, Lover of Puppies...Esquire" crap in 2010/11 hook, line, and sinker.

He's too invested in it now to give it up.

Some little birdy needs to get this info to Cam to keep as a bullet in his holster come the day that SVP is begging him for an interview to help lift the ratings on his sorry ass show.
