So i am scalping tickets for tonight's game...

never been to a night game, or, honestly, one this hyped with a star quarterback. i've scalped tickets for every game i've been to so far without problems, gotten them for as low as fifteen bucks and as much as sixty (for club seats, actually.)

in your estimations what's a reasonable level to expect to pay for a pair of tickets? say 500 level, 10 yard line.

sorry in advance for the n00b level thread

Face on those will be around $52. That's where we are sitting tonight

I'd imagine you will probably pay close to $60-$70 for them if you get them early. If you wait until around kickoff, you may get them for $40, but you will risk missing the first quarter due to the long lines.

holy poo are the lines that long? i've never had to wait more than five minutes in a line to get into the stadium.

Show up about 45 minutes before kickoff and it will take you 10 minutes tops.

Show up 20 minutes before kickoff and you could be looking at a 30-45 minute wait.

The new security measures are a bit more involved and it is definitely slower than the usual pat down.

Last year we tried to scalp tickets for the Redskins and Saints game. We had to watch the game at Picassos due to the ridiculous prices and lack of options.

I would imagine tonight may be kind of tight and if you have a chance to get them early, i'd probably do it.

how much is ridiculous? i nailed jags tickets for $25 and bucs (christmas game) for $35, got in before kickoff for both of them. granted they weren't high profile games

for those two games they were asking double face (around $100 each) for uppers. I'm sure they came down after the game had started, but I didn't feel like paying that much for a game that I was only going to see three quarters of.

I've never paid more than face value for tickets. Even during good years. I don't know who the fug you guys are talking too, but find someone else.

Where do you scalp from?

We come in from the city side of the stadium and usually haggle with the same group of scalpers every Sunday.

During the bad years we get in for next to nothing, but during good years, we usually have to pay.
