2013 draft prospects

I see signs of life in our Defense.

I think the DLine play is making everyone look good. As I have said before, build from the trenches out and the rest will take care of itself. I am not certain I would bring back Gamble at his age and price.

our Oline could use a guy like Joeckel. Move Bell inside, play Joeckel at RT until Gross goes away. Oline will be very strong for the next couple of seasons. Make offense start to tick.

When will people quit with the "move Bell inside"? Bell is the most underrated player on this team from the Fans. The kid plate his @ss off and people still complains.

Like the 1st....not so high on the 2nd. Also the reasoning behind the choice...I think Norman IS proving himself.

Id take it in a heart beat. Rhodes is a very talented cover corner. Some scouts have said he may be the best corner in this draft. Rhodes is very physical and he has great size. I rather a FS, but maybe we could move him there at that spot.

And Norman is improving, but what if the new GM decides to save us some big bucks and cut/trade Gamble? I would love to see Norman and Rhodes as the two future cbs for us.

I understand how good of a prospect Rhodes is. But I think FS/WR are a bigger priority in the 2nd. I actually hope we get a FS via FA and take a WR (Patterson) in that spot.

that will be the best route i believe.

I hope the GM noticed that FS is a huge problem and go after a guy like Byrd. Though it's just hard to imagine it happening. Byrd will be looking for his first big contract since his rookie deal and can't believe he won't. If the GM is serious about him, he'll have to do more than restructuring contracts. Possibly cutting/trading a guy like Gamble. He's going to look for a contract close to Gamble's and I think he may just get it. A 5/6 mill a year contract.

There's also a lot of teams that are FS needy teams that will be in the pursuit for him. I Dno if he'll choose us over a team like SF, Jets or Cincy. Maybe we could send Jonathan Stewart to lure him here. Or even better maybe hires Chip Kelly and no doubt he can get Byrd here. Lol

I'm really starting to like Hankins after seeing this interview. I already saw his talent on the field by watching tape, but after seeing that he's a normal, chill guy that understands the game and is all about working hard, you know he's gonna be Suh/Dareus status.

Guy's like Nick Fairely have that gangster slur and you know they're just in it for the money.
