It depends how you define "Pan out", if you mean by serviceable then they need to trade him. If you think he is still capable of being a top 10 qb one day then that's a reason to keep him. The panthers didn't draft bryce to be serviceable, they drafted him to be significantly more than that. Being serviceable doesn't guarantee you anything in the nfl. Serviceable is honestly just being a good backup. -
