Hey you know what? fug the Saints*

I have this idea, and it may just be me REALLY wanting it to be true, but I think we overlooked TB because of this game against the Saints***. Our guys spent days in camp where they fantasized this home opener against these assholes. I think we come out crazy focused and crazy pumped up. I don't think Beason and Smitty or Cam let the team come out like they did last week. Never again.

i never wish injury on anyone, but i can't say i'd be upset if someone on their team that they count on joined the IR list. it would be well deserved. might be best that they stay healthy, tho. limits the excuses.

i just think they invited every bit of misery the NFL universe can send their way by their actions (and the whining after getting caught).

those "remember me" shots...i hope they get the constant message from players from other teams throughout the year, "Yeah, we remember, bitch."

Panthers cornerback Captain Munnerlyn was on injured reserve with a hamstring injury and didn't make the trip to New Orleans. But Munnerlyn remembers watching the game on TV and seeing the Saints* continue to throw with a big lead.

“They broke a lot of records. I think they broke like 10 records against us. I'm fired up about that,” Munnerlyn said. “It's in my mind still and I know some guys on defense, we don't like that.”

During the offseason, the Panthers learned quarterback Cam Newton was among those targeted in the Saints*' bounty program.

“You never want to go out there and have in the back of your mind that they're trying to hurt someone, let alone your teammate, your quarterback,” Panthers receiver Brandon LaFell said. “So that was kind of disappointing.”

Newton declined to comment on being on the Saints*' bounty list.

i can't imagine the players aren't hyped up about a bit of retribution.

Saints* better be ready. That's all I know. I think we come out and punch them in the mouth and continue to punch them in the mouth the whole game and never let us. Our defense will be relentless and never let up and our offense will be on fire. There will be at least one fight and I imagine it will be Steve Smith beating one of their punk asses into the ground again.

Oh and on Monday night, during Panther talk TD said he remembers the Saints*** going for it on 4th down while they were up big in the 4th quarter at the end of the season... TD didn't play that game, but he made a mental note of that as something he needs to follow up on this Sunday.

well, to be fair, we did the same against the bucs in the christmas eve blowout last year, but it was a fourth and short with less than 2 minutes to go(which we converted) and we did it probably so we can just get the knee and go home. but i dont know if their situation was different or not since i stopped watching that game after the beginning of the third lol, im just saying its not wrong to do it in certain situations, like the bucs blowout last year. (still hate the Saints***)

So the article in the observer made it over to a Saints*** board

http://www.tigerdrop...disrespect.aspx

Sounds like they're still butthurt.

fuging pussies.

Was anyone dogging the Pats for running up the score on every game in 07? I can't remember. Tom Brady was playing in games and throwing deep with 40 point leads. Its the NFL. There is no mercy rule. If the Colts aren't being pussies about being scored 62 on, then no other team has any room to bitch.

What a bunch of vaginas. It's fuging professional sports.

Man the fug up.

Lafell is a bitch. He was a dirty player while at LSU. fug him.

stfu rivera...payton apologizes to you for being a winning coach...he sounds like a vagina...payton's philosophy is clearly about winning football games. Rivera is 7-10 now.

Whatever, if that is what you need to get motivated, so be it. Lame as it may be..... weak ass society we live in, next they are going to ask for participation trophies. Man up, you got beat down last year.

Isn't this an indirect sign of respect? They didn't have a bounty on Matt Ryan.

The last one actually made me laugh lulz.

Based on the week 1 effort, I don't think we'd have a great chance if Payton was coaching. BUT he's not, we're at home, it's close to do-or-die for the playoffs, they tried to injure Smitty and Cam, we hate them, their city is a dumpster fire...

It's a must win on many levels. Panthers 34, Saints* 27.
