Here are some scouting reports on New Orleans that were originally made for the Redskins, but provide good insight on the schemes and philosophies that New Orleans uses on both offense and defense. Just in case anyone was interested.

I believe when RR said that Stewart is a "big part of what we want to do", that was a bit of an understatement. Stewie will be back and the run game should get going. First game jitters gave our D some problems to figure out in the first half last week but played pretty damn well the second. If NO stacks the box on us they'll be stacking it with DB's who are $#ittier than our own (not too much concern there). Cam still threw for over 300 yards and shouldn't have much trouble doing much of the same Sunday. We'll still have mistakes and miscues but I believe they'll be fewer. There is a buzz in the Carolinas that I think is still there. I think this game sets the tone for making BoA "our house". We need a blow out and I expect nothing less on Sunday.

Panthers get the W, Taints get embarrassed. (I'll be reppin my Cam jersey in 308)

Hey guys, new to the board. I'm gonna say we win this one 30-27. I feel like there will be times, especially in the 2nd half, when Brees burns us and we give up some big plays, but I feel like with Stewart coming back and the fact the running game shows a direct correlation with the success of the offense, we can keep Brees off the field and use PA to beat the Saints* weak secondary. Pressure on Brees is the key, and if it takes more than 4, Graham could burn us.

    • What are the matchups, stats and superlatives?   I think this will be a hard game. Bucs are a very balanced team on offense:  7th  in total yards per game, 7th in passing, 10th in rushing. Baker is having another career year even better than last year but despite missing his Godwin and Evans. Bucs defense is poor (29th) particularly passing defense, but we’re also depleted in our receiving with Coker and Sanders likely out. Running Chuba is key but their defense is better against the run. (16th) I think this is likely going to require us to score a lot of points to keep up and hopefully the home field advantage tips the scale in our favor. My other concern is our run defense and being able to stop their rookie study Bucky Irving who the Bucs have shifted more carries to recently and he’s averaging 5.4 ypc and knows how to get into the endzone with 5 TDs so far.
    • This is nonsense and you know it. People will be happy when we are consistently and convincingly winning games against good teams. There are people in here talking down to others after losses and barely beating the terrible NY Giants. If you want to strut around here like only you are a real Panthers fan and rage pooing posts because your jimmies are rustled then hey good luck with all that. I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving.
    • Who had the massive meltdown last year? Hope they feel better this year.
