Man, this is horrible.

For those that have already went to sleep, Oakland was playing well, and then every team's worst nightmare happened... Well, one of them...

Their long snapper suffered a concussion so they had to put in a backup LB as their LS. His first snap on a punt was a dribbler and Lechler was tackled behind the LOS. Second attempt, they get the snap off, only to have the punt blocked (may have been because the new LS didn't get up fast enough to block after the snap).

SD has scored a total of 10 points through the 3rd off of the failed punt attempts. If I was the Raiders, I would just go for it on 4th down regardless.

And they almost had another blocked just now.

Yeah, it's crazy, And as an aside, Dante Rosario blocked the punt.
