Don't know where you are seeing this but WeatherChannel is saying 30% of scattered showers starting @ 8:00 a.m. and increases to 40% later in the afternoon....we should be just fine

I heard a chance of showers during the game but the bulk of the rain coming after 4pm. In any event, 3 tents loaded in the truck so bring on the rain the tailgate will go on.

If I drive down from Raleigh tomorrow, what are the chances somebody has an extra ticket at a reasonable price?

If you're just looking for a single it will be pretty easy to score a ticket, most of the time somebody shows up at the tailgate with an extra trying to sell it but if not you can get one on the street easily.
