This just isn't correct. He didn't play in game one or four, played one series in game two and in game three, they held the Patriots to one rushing touchdown in the first half and he had an INT for a touchdown.

It was a tipped ball against NE......tip drill. not coverage. Making a play yes, not an example of coverage ability

Barron had one good pass breakup....but overall wasn't good in coverage Sun....the opposite. I like the kid. David had a good game.....Barron had one good play.....with a lot of bad. Those type hits don't register as anything in my book. We have some guys on our team that will make those hits and they don't impress

At times it looked like Carolina had determined that with Cam Newton (+0.1) at the helm they could immediately morph into the Al Davis’ Raiders. Passing deep (20+ yards) on 24% of throws was more, on average, than any QB attempted last year, and certainly not very successful. Throwing mostly post and go routes against the Buccaneer cornerbacks, Newton eschewed the vulnerable short middle of the field where rookies Lavonte David and Mark Barron were suffering growing pains; for example on the second offensive play of the game when Barron completely lost Greg Olsen.

71 yards - 1 TD. Over a season that 1136 and 16TDs. So based on that data I do not think Graham got shutdown today. Of course, I didn't see Kuechly on Graham once during the game, so we either have an idiot coaching staff that choose not to shutdown the Saints* best receiving target, or our coaching staff knew that he didn't have the ability to do so which is fair because no LB can take on that assignment on their own.

Exactly. Nobody said he would be better than Beason, who is the defensive leader and rarely comes off the field. Then we have Anderson who is physical in coverage and can blitz, who also rotates with Davis and Luke in nickel packages. For these two trolls to think they can call our pick wasted is just admitting ignorance by using other words to do it.

Is our defense better? Clearly.
