He's not gay but he is a stereotypical computer nerd type. I don't know if I agree with his letter because the man it was written to is not the intended audience. Kind of a weird dynamic. He will get tons of "likes" or "follows" for it. However the guy he wrote it to is probably 60 years old and only be reaffirmed in his beliefs.

I thought the letter worked very well for the intended audience. The letter was never meant to be a personal message directed at this Maryland politician, but an open letter publicly exposing and ridiculing said politician for the embarrassingly backwards, homophobic, and downright un-American views he put in a letter he never thought would become public.
