Yes, decent....but the NFL oddly admitted they assembled a so called all star crew for the game and picked the best of the different crews.

I am not sure a Carolina/Tampa matchup was high on their list of games try to get the competent scab refs to work

What I learned from this game was that going up against 3rd-4th string cb's makes an average qb look like a hall of famer.

Only 2 were holding. There were 5 false starts and a horse collar. Those are pretty much impossible to miss. Had it been the regular officials, it would have been even worse.
