How Big Of A Disadvantage Is It To Play A 'New' Head Coach In The Season Opener?

Thats never really been his game has it? 5 sacks in 7 years. I don't see how someone else's recent cast off will turn the tide. He's an ok player but like the other Edwards nothing special.

2.5 of those sacks came from last year, when he moved from the 5tech to the 3tech.

If anything TB should be fearing us. If people think Chud is going to be complacent and not have a bunch of new wrinkles then they are fooling themselves. We have 3 dangerous WRs in Smith,LaFell, and Murphy and a stable of backs that can slash a team to death. Add Cam to all this and Im not worried about a rebuilding Bucs team at all.

Didn't even mention Olsen.

Havent kept up with bucs really, Are the Offense and defense coordinator from the pro's or college. If you dont have tape on Schiano check them out. Most new coaches rely heaaaavily on coordinators. Also we have had the bucs number for years now.

Tampa has the largest coaching staff in the NFL(21) chopped full with veteran NFL coaches like.

Mike Sullivan

Jimmy Raye

Ron Turner

Earnest Byner is the runningbacks coach, always liked him.

Bill Sheridan

Bryan Cox

Interestingly, their OC actually has no prior coordinator experience. Both Raye and Turner who are position coaches actually have more experience by far. Combined they might have a clue.

Sheridan was the DC for the Giants in 2009. Make you concerned he will make the Bucs a juggernaut? Only until you remember he was fired after 1 year after the Giants gave up the second most points in their franchise history and they gave up 40 points or more 5 times that year.
