Final roster set (for the most part), care to revisit your record prediction?

9 wins, give or take a game

a whole lot depends on safety play this year... if nakamura's worth his poo and he can make godfrey look better, inadequacies at CB2 will be solidly masked and we'll be able to stop passing offenses. this, to me, is one of the fundamental things our success hinges on this year.

i think we go 11-5 all homerism aside.. If we can:

-score at all in the 3rd qtr

-convert more td's in the redzone than settle for fgs

-defense will get more turnovers

-joe adams will improve our return game all alone

-we have lafell starting not legatron lol

-beason, keek, td, nakamura, dwan edwards all healthy our D will not be top 5, but it will be much much improved

i truthfully don't think 11-5 is a stretch, but at worst we should finish 8-8 with all our talent

been thinking 10-6 since the season ended

we were the most injured team last season (in terms of starters missing games). we have those guys back this year... if our ST coverage doesn't get better, it at least seems like our own returns might. the offense will be better. the defense has beason, TD, keek, ron and dwan, norman, haruki (addition by subtraction?!)... all new players who will get significant playing time and are improvements over the likes of darius butler, sione fua, terrell mcclain, omar gaither, jason williams, etc... and hopefully medlock doesn't suck it up in the clutch. things are looking up if you ask me. playoffs, baby.
