I believe ALL local games are broadcast locally. If you're in the viewing area you should be in good shape. Being a NFC showdown I imagine Fox will carry it.

Preaseason games are always broadcast throughout the carolinas but regular season NFLN games are limited to a small radius around charlotte. Its true that Raleigh does not get them (unless you have NFLN), never have.

For NFLN Thursday night games, the local Charlotte stations bid on the right to show the game. I'm not sure who won that right for this years Giants game. But, you will only get it if you have NFLN or if you live close enough to Charlotte to get their local stations on cable or OTA with an antenna.

Wrong. You must have the NFLN outside of the Charlotte market.
