So, help me out. Are players that are cut immediately available to any and all teams or is there some type of waiver order?

There are plenty of nerds on here who think that they are Adam Shefter so you should be able to get an answer fairly quick.

If they're vets they become FAs. If they're rooks or have only a limited amount of time in the league, then they're waived. The order in which they can be claimed is the same as the draft. Worst to first.

Uh, we were aware of RVB being cut at least 20 mins ago. He was one of the first players released.
