I walked through the set last week in Uptown Charlotte just before they started shooting. Very cool to see a real production being shot on the streets of Uptown.

And one to be proud of too...I mean I know there are loads of fans for Juwanna Man, Carrie 2 and Shallow Hal.

So has this series been discussed to death or like Justified just has a smaller following than a quality show like True Blood?

So does one just stumble upon the production or is there a where is Homeland shooting today in the Queen City notification?

I've seen several news stories about road closures due to filming in the past, but I don't know if there is an official place to lists where they'll be filming.

They do most of it uptown though.

I just happened across it. There were a lot of trucks lining the street and I smelled something good, so I thought it was a food truck rally, but it turned out to be a film crew setting up for a shoot.

We've got free Showtime for several months, and we watched all of season 1 on demand... I'm eagerly awaiting season 2...
