It was "overachieving" for Andy Reid and the Eagles organization considering what they got for him. For KK, not so much.

The Eagles are really good at managing the perception of their own players and getting maximum value for them right before they fall off a performance cliff... or even if the player actually wasn't ever that good.

They got laughed at for the McNabb deal. They were right. And reports out of Atlanta are that the Eagles were right to move Asante when they did too.

A lil off topic but has anybody been watching the Jaguars? Justin Blackmon has LIT IT UP in both games he has played in. He had 4 catches for 74 yards against the Ravens D in the first half. Who was that guy on here before the draft that was saying he wasnt gonna be crap in the NFL? LMAO!!

I don't think Blackmon is going to be particularly great. I think he's got a rather low ceiling for his draft position. If he reaches his potential he's going to be like a Greg Jennings or Jeremy Maclin kinda guy. He's never going to be on the same level as Calvin/Andre/Moss/Fitz/Julio/Green.

Hangartner has looked like crap this preseason. He was the reason why Newton got hit last game and then he wiffed on his next 2 blocks right after that. Bell is adequate enough to hold down the RT spot, but I'm going to have to wait until the season starts until I say we no longer have to worry about RT.

Newton is going to get hit and sacked this year regardless of who's on the line. Part of the game
