Way too much circumstantial evidence to suggest he's clean.

Fair play to the guy though - he's used his influence to bully people into silence and he's stayed one step ahead of the testing game. If you ain't cheatin' you ain't tryin'.

He didn't test positive because the US government was testing a new drug developed in a secret underground lair on Armstrong. Part of the America's plan to take over the world.
