To me elite quarterbacks are always in the running for MVP and their teams are Superbowl contenders.

If they are not both of these than they are not elite.

BTW, Luck is in the top 20 if not the top 15.

i dont mind the top 6, i think that is pretty standard. throw cam in front of rivers and thats where you draw the line for elite.

Romo is an excellent regular season QB and puts up stats. However, he COMPLETELY folds every time the pressure is on.

My main point is how most people say Romo completely sucks despite his great play in the regular season but out of 4 playoff games, 1 was really good, 1 was average, and 2 were very bad. While I certainly understand saying he hasn't been good in the playoffs, I disagree that he chokes every time he faces pressure

What about all of the reg season games they needed to win to make the Playoffs? Take last season for instance.

week 16: he got injured and coach kept him out after 2 passes

week 15: win

week 14: 67.7 comp %, 321 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INT, they lose by 3

week 13: 66.7 comp %, 299 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, they lose by 6

Those losses have a lot more to do with the team than Romo.

Why do people think Romo is good

Second highest career QB rating of all time, 102.5 last year; he's a damn good football player.

Plus he lead the league in fumble recoveries last year :D
