Deshaun Foster, HOF talent before injures.

While certainly not HOF caliber, DeShaun was underrated. Stephen Davis got the bulk of the carries behind a good line, which needed upgrading by the time DeShaun was the man. The same year they jettisoned DeShaun and gave the ball to DeAngelo, they overhauled the line completely and went for size and power over the athletic zone blockers they had before. (Keydrick Vincent and friends). DeShaun had issues with fumbling and injuries but never got the kind of support from the organization the two guys before and after him did.

He was a natural runner. He never hit the hole as hard as he should have.

He was a better pass blocker than d.williams is.

Then there was the way he carried the football.

Was never one of my favorites, but the kid had talent, as has several of the most memorable runs in franchise history.

He still holds almost all of our playoff rushing records. No Panther back has done more for our franchise in the playoffs than Deshaun. You wouldve thought D Will or somebody else would've broken them by now being they were always heralded as being 20 times better than him.

Williams or "somebody" have only played in one single playoff game. One in which they got down early and got away from the running game.

Don't let Fox of the hook....he for no reason abandoned the running game. I think he ran a grand total of 4 times once we took the lead thanks to our RBs just minutes into the game.

One of the worst NFL single game coaching jobs I watched and Delhomme took 99% of the blame

I'm not commenting on Fox, I'm commenting on this guy's lack of Panther history understanding :)
