TCF, hey you never know until you get there. It could surprise you. The only bad thing that comes to mind is those gaddamn Mickey Mouse boots and being cold all the time.

Not sure exactly what your MOS is but it could be a way to advance vertically. If it is just a placeholder gig, make the best out of it by trying to advance the wait for on post housing. I spent 2 weeks TDY in USARAL for E and E and it wasn't too bad. I don't think I would have enjoyed a full deployment without some tour guides.

Look on the bright side, no humidity (not like Bragg or Fla) and maybe you can take the cold weather survival course. Plus i hear you cant bet the hunting and fishing.
